Luke Pulsford
With over a decade of experience, our founder is a seasoned Information Security Recruitment Executive, dedicated to helping organizations build robust Information Security functions. His expertise spans a wide range of clients, from early-stage start-ups and security scale-ups to large enterprises, FTSE 100 companies, and Fortune 500 firms.
In 2013, he began his recruitment journey during a transformative time in technology, marked by the rise of big data, cloud adoption, mobile innovation, and the ever-evolving security landscape. Since then, Luke has worked for global names in recruitment and security-focused firms, building his reputation and expertise over the years.
2018 marked Luke's first placement dedicated to Cyber M&A for a strategy firm, while 2019 saw his first AI Security and Emerging Risks placement for a UK asset management firm—Head of Digital & Emerging Risks (AI).
After over a decade in Information Security and Emerging Risks Recruitment, Luke launched SecuritySearch.io and AISecuritySearch.io in 2023. Since then, he has split his time between the US, UK, and Europe, continuing to serve clients across these regions with tailored talent solutions for the AI security landscape.
Outside of building SecuritySearch.io and AISecuritySearch.io, Luke is a passionate golfer, motorsports enthusiast, and DIY lover, currently restoring a Victorian property outside London. His hands-on approach, blending creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for historical authenticity, mirrors his professional ethos.
Committed to lifelong learning, Luke is pursuing an Executive Leadership Diploma in AI and plans to enroll in courses on Cybersecurity for Business Leaders and VC University to further enhance his industry expertise.
